• Organic farm Stupava, s.r.o. – organic farm production.

Establishment of LUKROM milk, s.r.o., supplying milking technologies, including spare parts.

Expansion of LUKROM Zlín a.s., through the addition of the center of mechanization in Hulín, which offers complete supply of renovation and construction of milking plants, instalation of all types of milking technology, including software.

Establishment of EKOZEAS Bánov, s.r.o. with organic farming primary production.

Purchase of companies:

• ZEAS Bánov, a.s. – cattle breeding and milk production,
• Agrovit, a.s. based in Svatobořice - Mistřín – plant primary production, farrowing house and fatteting pigs,
• DOLINA Staré Město, a.s. – plant primary production including seeds production,

• Opening of tire service in renovated building of Lukrom Zlín a.s. in Kroměříž.

Purchase of Agroječmínek, s.r.o. in Chropyně, dealing with cattle breeding and milk production. Rarity is the largest concentration of cows with c. 1100 heads.

Emergence of second subsidiary company LUKROMTEL, s.r.o., as the first independent business entity in the history of the LUKROM group, not engaged in agricultural activities. It specializes in the construction of base stations for telecomunication and data networks, their service and maintenance.

LUKROM Zlin a.s. is made independent in order to improve sales and service of agricultural equipment, spare parts and any other services related to the exclusive representation of foreign companies in the Czech and Slovak markets.

Purchase of a premier league football club FC TESCOMA Zlín, a.s.

Formation of subsidiary LUKROM Plus s.r.o., involved in plant primary production, managing 5806 ha of agricultural land in the regions of Jarohněvice, Tlumačov, Halenkovice, Bánov, Hustopeče upon Bečva and Boršice by Buchlovice.

Specialization in mass production, early realization of the concept of "Green Grant". Extending range of machines on offer, e.g. by addition of the John Deer brand.

Formation of independent centers for the sale of agricultural machinery, production of compound feed, sale of agrochemicals, animal and food production.
