LUKROM, spol. s r.o. was established in 1991. This company was at first represented as a company specialized in agricultural commodities trade. During its development it gradually developed into a company providing complex services to the agricultural public.

The LUKROM, spol. s r.o. constitutes of six divisions. So-called Plant Vertical is constituted of Agrochemical Division and Agricultural Commodities division. These concentrate on providing services for the Plant Production.

So-called Animal Vertical constitutes of Compound Feed Production division, and Animal Production division, which concentrate on providing services for Animal Production. In December 2009 The LUKROM Zlín a.s. ceased through a merger and so, its activity was incorporated into the structure of LUKROM, spol. s r.o. as Agricultural Machinery division. The Law and Economy division ensures the running of the company in terms of financial and legal matters.

LUKROM, spol. s r.o. during its tenure created or entered into the capital of companies engaged in agricultural primary production, or providing services to the agricultural market. Through these activities was gradually created the LUKROM group.
